The Artists Fund at the Festival of Arts
Founded in 1999, our non-pro fit assists Festival of Arts exhibitors who have suffered unforeseen hardship and also encourages artistic growth through scholarship. Created by artists to help fellow artists, our mission is to support them with monetary grants when tough fi nancial obstacles threaten their livelihoods, and to encourage expansion of their careers. We also o ffer additional programs for our exhibitors including professional development seminars, art shows, demonstrations, and special events that are open to the public.
For more than twenty years, our organization has been the safety net for artists that have found themselves in difficult life situations. Any Festival of Arts exhibitor, past or present, is qualifi ed to receive our monetary grants, mostly funded through the sale of donated works from our own Festival family.
Without artists, there can be no art!
